NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Catapult, a fast-growing leader in virtual restaurant brands, today announced it is deploying Sous Chef across its network of more than 600 restaurants in the US and Canada to power third-party delivery.
Sous Chef connects every delivery app to Catapult's kitchens through a single Sous Chef tablet, and then manages every storefront 24/7. Its AI agents don't just send alerts. They act: they pause and reopen storefronts, catch order and menu issues, and keep every store online and ranking on every app.
The partnership also gives Catapult direct access to the Sous Chef API, so its team can build its own tools and workflows on top of the platform.
Across Sous Chef's network of thousands of storefronts, restaurants in their first 90 days on Sous Chef saw downtime fall 58% and cancellations fall 33%.
