Ribbon Communications Names Industry Veteran Priyanka Kharat to Accelerate Acumen Growth and AI Strategy

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ribbon Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: RBBN), a global leader in real-time communications technology, IP routing, and optical networking solutions, today announced the appointment of Priyanka Kharat as SVP, Acumen AI Autonomous Networking Business Leader. In her previous role, Ms. Kharat led the strategy, development, and go-to-market efforts for AI-powered monitoring and automation solutions across IT infrastructure, networks, applications, and operations tools as Vice President and General Manager of Skylar AI at ScienceLogic.

Joining Ribbon's executive team in her new role, Kharat will be responsible for all aspects of driving the next phase of growth for the company's Acumen business.
